    We are pleased to invite all students, schools, universities, communities, government institutes and other interested persons to make a virtual tour to AA's factory to discover our sophisticated machinery in pulp and paper production and environmental management system to be certified for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

    Our factory at Thatoom is a prototype for the paper industry of the future; the two pulp mills can produce up to 470,000 tons per annum using one of the most environmentally friendly paper production processes in the world.

    Converting Plant
    The main function of the Converting Plant is to convert the large rolls of paper into sheet paper. The Sheeter machine is used to cut the paper into the size that the customer needs and then the Ream Wrapper is used to wrap the sheet paper.

    Cut Size 2
    Cut size 2 is used to convert the large rolled paper into smaller cut-size paper (A4 size), which is widely used by by local and overseas customers as office paper for copying machines, fax machines and printers.

    Paper Mill
    Double A has two paper mills with a total capacity of 470,000 tons per year. The machine can produce paper 6.9 meters in width at the speed of 1,250 meters per minute.


    Pulp 2
    This mill uses only 6-7 cubic meters of water per one ton of pulp because of the presence of a water recycling system in the pulp breaching process. This is considered the lowest water consumption system in the world.

    Space Dome
    Space Dome is an auditorium that is located in Pulp2. The main multimedia control room can seat 99 people and is used for business presentations.
